A few quick disclaimers
The Done with Stuck Roadmap is not meant to replace therapy or mental health treatment. It is not to be mistaken as one-on-one counseling or medical advice.
This content is not meant to be used as an emergency aid, either. If your life is at risk, or if your mental health or relationships are in danger of serious deterioration, please seek immediate, one-on-one crisis care and professional mental health help. You’re worth the help.
This content seeks to explain research-based and biblical tendencies in the brain, body, and mind in order to empower people to understand themselves and others more clearly. It is not unique or specific to any particular vice and it is not meant to replace an “Anonymous” community like AA, NA, SA, Alanon, etc. If you’re struggling with a severe substance or behavioral addiction, those communities are a vital part of recovery.
If you are stable enough to regulate your emotions at a basic level, and are prepared to bring negative emotions up to the surface in order to deal with them instead of suppressing them, then you are in the right place to begin this course.
